Hours and Days of Operation To Admission Price

The Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens opens daily from 10 am to 5 pm. The botanical garden opens on Tuesdays earlier for members at 7 amp, and members can check in at the South Entrance Gate. Furthermore, you can find tickets sold at any of the entrance gates.

The cost for day tickets is as follows:

• Seniors $17.95

• Students (with ID) $15.95

• Children (6-17) $11.95

Parking at The Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden

Parking at the Fairchild Tropical Garden is free for all and found at the Main Visitors Center as the South Entrance is reserved for staff.

Rules of the Garden

• The botanical gardens are a tobacco-free environment, and smoking is not allowed.

• Firearms are not permitted, and skating in sports and games is not allowed.

• You cannot swim or wade in ponds, water features, or streams.

• Only service animals are allowed, and pets need to remain at home.

• Throughout the garden, you find benches to sit on, and you can take photos or videos for personal use.

• Strollers, power chairs, and wheelchairs are permitted, but drones, two-wheeled scooters, bicycles, and skateboards are not allowed.

While taking a walk or a tram ride through the garden, you can enjoy a cold beverage to food at the Glasshouse Cafe. The cafe opens daily from 10:30 amp to 4 pm. Here you can find organic food made from locally grown produces.

Butterfly Garden

In the butterfly garden, you can find tropical plants outdoors and beautiful butterflies 🦋 in the conservatory. This section is known as the Wings of the Tropics. Here you see rare butterfly species fluttering around. These butterflies come from Central and South America to parts of Asia.
