Hybrid Plants Collection

A hybrid plant is a plant that has been created through the cross-breeding of two different plant varieties or species. This can happen naturally but is more commonly achieved through controlled breeding techniques.

Examples of hybrid houseplants would be the Philodendron birkin– this plant is a mutation between Philodendron hederaceum, and Philodendron ‘Rojo Congo.
