Cordyline Calypso Queen (Cordyline terminalis) is a common houseplant that is native to the tropical climate of Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. You can plant them indoors and outdoors, and thrives in full sun to partial shades and well-drained soil. It has leathery leaves that have a variety of colors and produces fragrant flowers followed by berries in summer as they mature.
It can grow up to 3-6 ft tall and prefers high-humidity environments. Cordyline is toxic to pets, so make sure not to mingle with them. You can grow them in USDA Hardiness Zones 10-11.
Growing them is easy, low maintenance, and easy to care for once established. Allow the soil to dry before watering them, and make sure there is an excellent draining hole in the pot to prevent root rot. Fertilizing them once a month during their growing season using a liquid 20-20-20 fertilizer will help them grow faster and produce more leaves.
The best way to propagate them is via stem cuttings.

Description: Bring a pop of color to your plant collection! These deep purple and pink Cordylines are simple to take care of and can grow to be quite big. Cordylines are in the dracaena family, so they like medium to bright indirect light – avoid direct sunlight as it can burn their leaves. They like their soil moist (but not soggy) at all times, but can tolerate a bit of drought if you’re not the most attentive plant parent. Water less in the winter. They prefer distilled or rain water, or tap water that has been left out overnight – chemicals in fresh tap water can harm their leaves and root systems.

I ❤️ my white pines and I planted them right way.
It was a very fast delivery, and I would definitely recommend buying them for someone else 🙂👍
Eastern White Pine saplings arrived today. Very healthy, bare roots and packaged safely. Much better quality than many online nurseries. We have them soaking in cold water and a couple aspirin before planting in outdoor pots tomorrow. After a couple years in the pots we’ll transfer them into the ground. We are at the bottom of planting zone 8 and in limestone laden Texas hill country soil. We are going to try these in well amended acidic soil and fingers cross they will grow into wonderful additions to the arbor diversification we are trying to create in our phase 2 forest regrowth.
Trees are healthy and roots were moist upon arrival. These trees matched the description given and exceeded my expectations.
They look so beautiful and healthy and fresh ! They were obviously prepared for shipping with the utmost TLC. 🙂
