Rich, sophisticated earthy tones alternate throughout the foliage of the Chocolate Agleonemea. This variety requires little maintenance and does well in low light. A good rule of thumb is that the darker the leaves on an Aglaonema, the less light it requires.

Chocolate Aglaonema Plants are dark green plants with light pink to red veins that require little to no maintenance. It gets its name from the almost chocolate look to the dark green leaves mixed with red. The Red Veining is striking against the dark chocolate-colored leaves.

Aglaonema Chocolate is easy to care for, low maintenance houseplant that does best if kept away from drafts or vents. The silver-green foliage really makes a statement when planted in a brightly colored pot, and the 6″ containers could be used as a table centerpiece or to brighten a corner of the room. Chocolate Chinese Evergreen is one type of clean air plant, known for removing benzene and formaldehyde from the air inside your home.

LIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Aglaonema Chocolate does well in just about any light condition. Aglaonemas often have the best color in medium or indirect light indoors. Aglaonema does excellent in offices, living rooms, and even kitchens and bathrooms due to its ability to thrive in low light. Aglaonema can take some direct sun on the leaves, but it’s advised to diffuse the bright sunlight with a sheer curtain. Aglaonemas do well under fluorescent light, such as in offices and the color will shine through under these conditions.

Generally pleased with this Ag. Couple leaves looked sketchy, a few more suffered damage in shipping, to be expected. It’s taken more than a week for the rest to revive, ready to unfurl a new leaf soon. I look forward to watching it continue to recover then thrive in its new home.

Plant came healthy itself. I just wish there was a sample picture of the sample 3inch plant rather than a full head of plants so i know what to expect. But other than that the plant is beautiful and healthy. No complaints.
