Variety Information: Each cascading tassel (up to 18″ long) is a colony of tiny, tightly packed, coral-pink flowers.

When to Sow Outside: RECOMMENDED. 1 to 2 weeks after your average last frost date, when soil temperature is 65°–75°F.
When to Start Inside: 4 to 6 weeks before your average last frost date.

Seed Depth: Barely cover
Seed Spacing: A pinch (approx. 8 seeds) every 12″ – 15″
Thinning: When 1″ – 2″ tall, thin to 1 every 12″ – 15″
Special Care: When seedlings have 3 to 4 sets of leaves, clip off the top set just above the leaves below. This “pinching” promotes branching, which means more flowers. Amaranth can reseed. If reseeding is not desired, remove flower heads before they set seed.
