I loved the variety of plants I received. They all came in pretty good condition, the shipping was a little faster than expected (which is good). Some of them came with dead leaves or leaves that were dying but with a little TLC, I was able to get them looking better. That’s the only reason it’s not a 5 star.

This had to travel a ways to get here but there was a little bit of Damage to the leaves and stems when it arrived. The other plant I ordered with this one came great though so I’m going to say it’s a one off occurrence that there was a packaging issue on this!

Really love them, and I’m hoping the one on the right of the picture is going to be ok. It looks droopy and not to happy. I pulled it out from the shipping box looking like that. Fingers crossed it will bounce back.

I got my original pep and he was in kinda bad shape and Katie offered me a new one. I got my new one like a week(?) later and he was in better shape. Katie absolutely helped me and was very responsive! Great customer service!

The plant came in okay condition, had some blemishes. It was a replacement for another plant that wasn’t in stock. The plant is still adorable!
