When will my order ship?

Orders are expected to ship within 3 business days of the order being placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking so you can track your order from our door to yours. Please note that you may receive multiple tracking numbers/packages depending on the items you order. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, feel free to contact us to check status.

Do you ship live plants in the winter?

Yes, we ship year round! Orders are packed carefully and shipped with relatively fast shipping speeds to ensure minimal disruption during the process. As an extra precaution, we offer a heat pack that can be purchased and added to your package.

There's a problem with the package I received. What do I do?

While we carefully package and ship each order, accidents happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Currently, we are unable to accept returns on live plants. However, we do provide a 30 day guarantee. Should your plant arrive in a damaged condition and your purchase was made within the last 30 days, please send us your order number and photo of the plant and we will ship you a replacement. Please note that repotting the plant within this 30 day period will void the 30 day guarantee.
