The plant will be carefully wrapped and nested in crinkle paper so that any shock to the packaging can be absorbed and remain safe. Our paper packaging allows the plants to breathe during their travel!

Make sure to soak plant with water when soil is completely dry. Check if the soil is dry before each watering.
Best tip is to stick your thumb in the soil and check for moisture.
Direct sunlight for prolonged periods can cause sunburn (not good).
Keep plants out of frost!

It didn’t look like what was pictured, but it will work..
Came today I was so excited it had four pieces broken off but I’m hoping to put them in soil and they will root. Other than that they look healthy the box looked as though it had been smushed. But it is ok.

Not as full or failing as pictured, very short rooted pieces but still a beautiful plant. Great communication and fast shipping.
Delivered product as advertised. Only problem was with shipping. Box was crushed while in transit. Luckily produced was not severely damaged.
My cactus plant came well wrapped with a heat pack that I didn’t even purchase! The leaves are a bit browned, possibly due to cold. Other than that, everything was great!
