String of Hearts Variegated (Ceropegia woodii) is a beautiful vining plant with variegated leaves. It is native to South Africa and can tolerate dry soil conditions. These heart-shaped leaves can thrive in bright and indirect sunlight and well-drained soil.
It is a lovely addition to your collection of plants, especially if you have it displayed in a beautiful pot. Since it is a semi-succulent plant, watering them is not so necessary because they love the soil to fully dry before watering them to avoid root rot. Fertilizing them at least once a month during their growing season from spring to summer using half-diluted fertilizers can help the plant bloom into a healthy and attractive one.
A string of Hearts can grow outdoors and indoors. If planted indoors, plant them in a beautiful hanging basket and place them on bookshelves where they cascade down their beautiful foliage for spectacular visuals. The best way to propagate them is via stem cuttings, tubers, and seeds.
You can grow them in USDA Hardiness Zones 9-12.

My new False Aralia arrived in a few short days in very tidy and secure packaging. I was pleasantly surprised at how healthy it was out of the package. It only needed 1 day to recover. I think we suffered a little stress from the journey as it lost 3 or 4 leaves and the box it was in was damaged. But the plant is coming around and starting to recover because it is a very healthy plant.
