It’s the responsibility of the buyer to provide a CORRECT shipping address. I DO NOT refund orders that get returned to me because of insufficient address. I only reship orders for the second time if the buyer pays for shipping again as the USPS will charge me!
Refund Policy
No refunds accepted, will replace damaged products. Plants that are damaged or deceased within 14 days of arrival will be replaced, after 14 days no refunds.

The terrarium kits from PartynWithPlants are absolutely phenomenal! And PartynWithPlants is fantastic to work with! I needed 35 of these kits for a virtual corporate event and, of course, needed them immediately. The kits were each meticulously packed and arranged, all contents perfectly intact and the succulents thriving upon arrival! I have no idea how 35 kits were packaged so quickly, and shipping was a breeze, I had time to spare to distribute to coworkers! Everyone LOVED assembling their terrariums, and given the box these kits come in was so beautiful (a bow and everything!) I didn’t have to do much to make them feel special. I wanted a terrarium/fairy garden to brighten up my work from home space as winter approaches. This is so gorgeous! It was easier to put together and is the bright spot my work station needed. If you are looking for a terrarium with style, I highly recommend this shop!

Shipping was fast and everything was well packaged to protect the plants and to prevent the glass from breaking. I really liked how all the necessary materials were included. I did go to a craft store to pick up a few additional miniatures to add to my beach scene. There is a link included for a “how to” video/ plant party which was very helpful and made the process easy and fun! I plan to purchase more from this shop again in the future! I also liked how she explained where the products in the kit were from and am happy to support an Ohio small business as a fellow Ohioan 🙂
