Bambusa Ventricosa ‘Kimmei’ is a rare variation of Buddha Belly Bamboo, Google actually has rated as the most beautiful species of bamboo out of all 16000 species! Buddha Belly Bamboo is a jack of all trades, leave plants in smaller pots to keep dwarfed for bonsai or small houseplant look, or plant directly into the ground for a max height reaching around 45ft and nearly 3″ thick! Culms are yellow with random green striations running along the entire length of the culms. Leaves have a slight and subtle striation as well featuring creme colored striations.
