In spring, this fast-growing tree is smothered in delightfully fragrant white flowers in clusters shaped like chili peppers.
Remarkable for their value to wildlife, shrubs, and trees in the genus Prunus rank third in the number of Lepidoptera that are supported on the foliage. This includes five species of butterflies such as tiger swallowtail and red-spotted purple, and 10 species of giant silk moths such as cecropia moth, Polyphemus moth, imperial moth and io moth. The aromatic flower clusters are very popular with early pollinators. Autumn foliage turns golden yellow to orange.

I included a note in the order asking for bare root shipment to be sent in April when plants could be immediately planted outside. It’s not clear whether Plantly didn’t see note, or if delayed shipment wasn’t possible.
These were sent in a closed plastic bag but without a wet paper towel around the roots and they were dry. I don’t think they will survive.
All the leaves were already off the plant and it never recovered
We never received the item. Postal service is inefficient. Why not fedex or ups which is much more efficient. Probably will never receive it from postal service and lost 20 dollars!
Never arrived. Was left to deal with the post office in my own. Was never resolved. I paid fifty dollars for nothing.
Died shortly after I put it in a pot on the porch
Only one barely survived. I fave them compost, mulch and regular watering- nothing.. sad..
