Lily of the Valley is a flowering plant with a sweet perfume scent. The stems have tiny, white, and bell-shaped flowers with lush, spring-green foliage. It is an easy-to-grow and low maintainance plant and thrives in partial shade with moist soil.
Growing them as a ground cover under a shady part is the perfect spot where they can bloom. Allow the soil to dry before watering them. This plant is toxic to humans and pets, so make sure not to mingle with them.
You can propagate them via division. You can grow them in Cold Hardiness Zone 2-7 at -50 degrees F.

5 Lily of the Valley bareroot
Lily of the Valley plants are one of the most fragrant blooming plants in the spring and early summer throughout the northern temperate zone. The stems are covered with tiny white, nodding bell-shaped flowers that have a sweet perfume and medium-bright green leaves that are lance-shaped, 4 to 8 inches high and 3 to 5 inches wide.
Preferring partial shade and a moist soil, growing lily of the valley is easy if you know how and when to plant. That being said, these plants are adaptable and will grow very well in dry shade too. Lily of the valley can also be adapted to full sun or full shade, depending on the amount of moisture it receives.

I included a note in the order asking for bare root shipment to be sent in April when plants could be immediately planted outside. It’s not clear whether Plantly didn’t see note, or if delayed shipment wasn’t possible.
These were sent in a closed plastic bag but without a wet paper towel around the roots and they were dry. I don’t think they will survive.
All the leaves were already off the plant and it never recovered
We never received the item. Postal service is inefficient. Why not fedex or ups which is much more efficient. Probably will never receive it from postal service and lost 20 dollars!
Never arrived. Was left to deal with the post office in my own. Was never resolved. I paid fifty dollars for nothing.
Died shortly after I put it in a pot on the porch
Only one barely survived. I fave them compost, mulch and regular watering- nothing.. sad..
