Shipping Policy
Most orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days (depending on the time of year) from when it was placed and then it will typically arrive to you in 3-5 business days once shipped. The total time from order to delivery averages 4-8 business days. You will be sent a USPS tracking number once your order ships to the email address provided with your order. All orders are shipped USPS free of charge.
Refund Policy
Our Return/Refund/Replacement Policy is simple -
Returns accepted for 30 days (the 30 days starts from the day you place your order)
The buyer is responsible for return shipping (this means you are responsible for providing your own return shipping label and packaging to safely ship the item back to us and we must receive it in the same condition it was in when we shipped it to you)
20% restocking fee charged on all returns (unless it was something we determine to be our fault or certain things that would be considered out of our/your control (these will be decided by us on a case by case basis)
