hello, I received a pagoda dogwood that did not meet the expectations. The plant was supposed to be 36″. The tree came in a little Ziploc bag. The tree measures at 21″. I don’t think even if you included the bag length in the measurement, it would measure 36″. Unfortunately I do not have a picture of the tree in the bag. Anyways the listing did not specify dirt/packaging would be included in the height.
The tree was very wilted when it arrived. Some of the leaves are browning.
