Wilson is an intergeneric hybrid of Odontoglossum, Cochlioda, and Oncidium.
The Intergeneric, Wilsonara Tan Treasures ‘Lavender Picotee’ has long spikes with masses of orange, yellow and Purple flowers, tones on white petals and lip.
Many flowers roughly 3cm in diameter are held on a long, branching flower spike; this plant is capable of blooming up to 2 times a year.

This shipped very fast and was well packaged, with a handwritten note and tag. However, the plant was smaller than expected especially for the price. The young spike was in good condition, but the one large pseudobulb had some mechanical damage (abrasions ~1mm deep, and an eraser-sized brownish divot) and other two bulbs were smaller than a dime. Rooted in rockwool cube dressed with moss+sphag, and most roots looked healthy with growing tips. Dropped three oldest small yellowish leaves shortly after receiving, but remaining leaves have been healthy since.

I am a little late in writing my review – I got this little orchid at the beginning of July (incredibly quickly!) and it’s been such a joy watching it grow. I am VERY happy with the quality of this plant. It’s extremely healthy and was shipped with great care. The bloom spike was bent at the top (it came all the way to Florida from Hawaii – the seller did an EXCELLENT job packing and can’t be held responsible for the shipping company’s carelessness). I was worried about that part dying, but I decided to make a little splint for it with a chopstick and a twist tie and a month and a half later, it’s a good as new and getting ready to bloom! I am so happy I found this shop and I will absolute purchase from them again! For all the people complaining about the small size…you should keep in mind that it’s a miniature orchid.

Despite shipping (6 days) from Hawaii to Colorado, this Den arrived in decent shape. It was a little limp, so I soaked the basket in water for 30 minutes, and it perked right up. this being a species the only thing I could hope for is it to be a really great one. they did an awesome job of picking me out a wonderful plan in great shape with two brand new leads on it that will likely bloom. anybody that knows what a cerulea is knows that it’s an orchid that is blue but since there’s no such thing as blue orchids it is a lack of red pigment that makes them look blue. so far so good I will be ordering plants for these people in the future. if they can deliver upon me awesomeness such as this they have my business. I was very surprised at the size of this orchid. I contacted the seller and was told that smaller orchids ship better and it will likely be big enough to bloom in a year. I expected it to either be in bloom or close to blooming. Since that is the case, I don’t think I should be asked to review for a year.

I received the Vanda in an unassuming 12”L x 8”W x 5”D cardboard box. Amidst the shredded newspaper, the Vanda orchid was wrapped in a brown paper bag. nnWhen I completely unpacked the Vanda, I was absolutely amazed by the very long, plump & green roots.

It was a Healthy pestfree plant, But it was. bone dry Furthermore, it is hard to believe it is a plant Reading to Bloom. I will never shop at Plantly again due to the dry plant.

This little plant came timely, was well packed and very healthy! It did end up loosing the long root after about a week because it had a kink in it so the root is about an inch long now….hope it will continue to grow

USPS took 8 days to deliver orchid to Maryland and it looked very stressed upon receipt. I had requested shipment by UPS or FedEx originally, but seller said they only use USPS and didn’t usually have any problems. I requested USPS to hold it for pickup at local PO, but they delivered to home instead. Fortunately, orchid was well-packed and somehow survived. I was pleasantly surprised that it had blooms, but they were wilted and a bud broke off when it arrived. Seller was contacted and expressed concern. Lesson learned – will not likely ever order another orchid from so far away again!
