As listed with shipping, if any plants are reported as damaged/dead after 24 hours, this is considered final sale. We photograph every plant that goes out for shipping. We want customers to know we send out quality, healthy plants. Extreme circumstances will be considered if due to weather events, extreme shipping delays.
