Hello there!
You might have missed our response to your previous email. Here it is:
“Thanks for reaching out about your order.
We’ve checked the tracking information the vendor has provided you previously and according to it, the plant was delivered on the 28th. Could you please take a moment to check with your local post office? Sometimes packages end up there even though the tracking shows they’ve been delivered.”
– Plantly Team
The trees were delivered quickly however the online description said it came with very detailed instructions and you tube links not nothing was provided. I reached out to plantly who said they would reach out to the vendor but it’s been almost a week and no directions therefore I have to give this vendor a 1.
Hello Matt,

I wrote on the order not to ship until may 19th and received the plants this week . I callled them up and they suggested planting them which I can’t do my ground is frozen. They then suggested storeing them at forty degrees which I have no way to do.
So far… Not a very rewarding experience! My daughter received this for Christmas, and she researched how to make the seeds sprout, chose her favorite seeds to start with, followed all the directions, and… NOTHING. I guess we’ll see if she has any success with any of the other seeds, but it has been very disappointing so far.
Never received
