This heat pack will provide 72 hours of heat during shipping. I will activate it just before shipping. All items are shipped Priority USPS and will arrive within 2-3 days after your order is shipped.
This is a good idea to add to your order if your plants will be traveling to colder parts of the country where temps may drop below 36F while shipping.
The heat packs are only available as an add on item to ship with a purchase of plants.
This does add weight to your order so I must charge a little bit to your order, thanks for understanding.

Shipping Policy
Our shipping schedule will be one day a week. This will include all orders placed by the previous Friday, as we do our plant pick up from our growers on Saturdays. We will be processing and packing orders on Mondays for shipping on Tuesdays. We ship USPS Priority Mail, which has an estimated 2-3 day travel time. After doing this for many years, we find this is the safest schedule for shipping the live plants.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds done once ordered plants have been pulled from the greenhouses. If you have any issues once your order is received please contact me directly as soon as possible so that the problem can be rectified.
PLEASE CONSIDER ORDERING A HEAT PACK IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM AN AREA 35 DEGREES OR BELOW!! PLANTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED IF NO HEAT PACK IS ORDERED IN COLD WEATHER!!
