Shipping on every Monday and Tuesday only to avoid weekend delays. We do not want your plant sitting at the post office longer than neccessary. We will ship with care but all plant sales are final after shipping. We won’t be held responsible for lost packages, delays or carrier mishandling and damages.

We take extra care packing your plants and use secure shipping material to make sure they have a secure journey, but we cannot guarantee all plants can arrive safely because there are uncontrollable factors like mail carriers and the weather. Please be mindful of the weather in your area. If you are experiencing extreme temps, consider waiting for temps to even out to order.
These are live plants and they don’t like traveling. It is normal that a leaf might break, bend or have browning during shipping. Please give them a good environment and follow the care instructions recieved with your plant. Give them a chance to acclimate and they will thrive.
