Was this review helpful to you?I was worried because the post office is so behind and it took almost 2 weeks for them to deliver it (even though she shipped it the morning after I placed my order) but it was so well packed that I was pleasantly surprised when I unpacked it today. Lemona will have a beautiful life and I’m beyond happy with this seller! I’ll be ordering more from them!

Plant arrived overnight and perfectly however, it started yellowing slightly. I checked the roots and there were none not even lying in the moss. I messaged asking if the listing was supposed to be a cutting instead of a rooted plant and the seller got back to me quickly and made it right.

Well-packaged, the item was held up in the postal system and arrived later than expected. The soil was bone dry, but I potted the plant immediately and watered generously. it’s now doing quite well and already has 3 shoots popping out. High quality. Great seller. Will do business with again!

What a most perfect plant and wonderful seller! I had been looking for a variegated maranta for awhile. Ms. Flame(star) was packaged securely with minimal soil spillage but arrived very stressed from shipping. I notified Ellie immediately and sent pics. She apologized, although not her fault, and advised me about what I should do. I kept her updated re: the state of my plant over several days. Unfortunately I lost four leaves in the end. Ellie, being an amazing seller, offered to give me a partial refund. She listened to me vent and whine about my worries and cheered when Ms. Flame got better. I ordered the Thai constellation Dec 18th and it shipped by Jan 11th (due to winter weather and Christmas) as indicated by the seller. The plant arrived in one day which was great. I just received my Thai Constellation Monstera plant and it is gorgeous! This plant has been on my wish list for some time now. The plant arrived safely and I was able to track it once it shipped.
