Painted Lady Philodendron has beautiful variegated foliage that catches the eye of a plant lover. It is a hybrid of a philodendron burgundy and an emerald queen. Growing them is easy as long as you provide them with proper care, water, sunlight, humidity, and temperature to thrive.
You can plant them in a beautiful pot and place them on the center table, where they can give a tropical accent to your space. Philodendron has neon yellow-green and beautiful heart-shaped leaves with pink stems and bright pink petioles that can attract them. It thrives in bright, indirect sunlight and well-drained soil.
Allow the soil to dry before watering them, and make sure there is an excellent draining hole in the pot to prevent root rot. Fertilizing them during their growing season from spring to summer using a balanced fertilizer will help them boost their growth. Philodendron is toxic to humans and pets, so make sure not to mingle with them.
You can propagate them via stem cuttings or air layering. You can grow them in USDA Hardiness Zones 9-12.
