Refund Policy
We do not accept returns - but if you believe that your plant arrived in poor condition, please reach out to us with a picture within 2 hours of receiving your plant so that we may asses the situation. If damage of the plant is due to our shipping negligence - we will replace the item for free upon receipt of old plant.

I waited to post this review because I wanted to share progress pictures, but I absolutely failed my rooted node, to no fault AT ALL of Dustinu2019s, who was probably the best customer service experience Iu2019ve had on this platform. He sincerely cares for his plants and puts a lot of time and effort into making sure you understand proper care and handling techniques. Excellent communication with shipping expectations and very responsive and willing to assist with any and all questions. The rooted node was shipped lightening fast and was absolutely STUNNING. I had new growth after a while but I failed in sterilizing my sphagnum moss well enough and my nose succumbed to root rot. Please make sure you are well versed and prepared to be extra diligent in your albou2019s care. I will absolutely purchase from Dustin again with zero reservations
Somehow, I have no idea how because the beauty was shipped perfectly, my leaf broke off my cutting. There was great rooting and new growth and great support from Dustin! My pretty new addition is slowing growing but is healthy and has lots of varigation to the new growth. Pictures when she’s pretty!!!
I was hesitant to purchase this monstera Albo because I lost one to root rot. Itu2019s heartache to lose one of these beauties. I reached out to The Magic Walnut plant shop and had a great conversation about my fears and what I could do to have success. Plant arrived safely and unharmed. It has been two weeks since arrival and it is doing well with new sprouts. Seller was very cooperative with requests.
Quick to respond to questions. I bought the 2 leaf top cutting. There is one nice leaf and the other leaf is a small not so pretty green leaf. It came well packaged. I did pay the additional 90$ for express 1-2 day shipping. I have it in water as recommended and itu2019s currently under a grow light and still alive! Will put it into soil in 2 weeks! Literally just so beautiful! I recommend buying from this shop the communication with the owner was amazing he helped me through the whole process! I got a top cutting and itu2019s been about a month and itu2019s almost ready to be potted!!
