What a most perfect plant and wonderful seller! I had been looking for a variegated maranta for awhile. Each one is so unique that I wanted to wait until I’d found the most perfect one, which was this one. This seller was great because she let me pick the exact plant that I wanted from the picture (there were multiples for sale and in her picture). Ms. Flame(star) was packaged securely with minimal soil spillage but arrived very stressed from shipping. I notified Ellie immediately and sent pics. She apologized, although not her fault, and advised me about what I should do. I kept her updated re: the state of my plant over several days. Unfortunately I lost four leaves in the end. Ellie, being an amazing seller, offered to give me a partial refund. She listened to me vent and whine about my worries and cheered when Ms. Flame got better. I’m happy to say my diva plant is beautiful and is pulling through nicely. I am thrilled. I would definitely recommend this seller.

I ordered the Thai constellation Dec 18th and it shipped by Jan 11th (due to winter weather and Christmas) as indicated by the seller. The plant arrived in one day which was great. After comparing the plant to the original photos, it does not seem to be the same exact plant that was advertised but it is beautiful none the less. Seller made up for it. I’ll be back!

I just received my Thai Constellation Monstera plant and it is gorgeous! This plant has been on my wish list for some time now. The plant arrived safely and I was able to track it once it shipped. I was worried at first about shipping because I have had bad experiences before, but, TWP Tropicals did an excellent job shipping it Priority Express. Being in Hawaii, shipments take much longer, but, it arrived perfectly. The plant was very healthy and not damaged at all. The quality of the plant was well worth it!
