  1. Beautiful, healthy plants! Planting them today.

  2. I had to reach out to get the order moving after payment had been processed day 1. Packaged well… upon arrival they were planted. They’re turning brown and drying out. I reached out for some advice, haven’t heard anything in return. I spent almost $200 only to watch these plants potentially die within weeks.

I would be happier if some guidance was provided to help revive them.

  4. None of the root clusters is growing. I believe the seller sent bad/rotten roots. Very disappointed. I won’t shop at this website again.

  5. The plants that were delivered looked nothing like the one advertised. Much much smaller, covered in mold. To be honest those looked nothing like a bamboo. Complete waste of money. I’m super disappointed. Will not use or recommend this platform.

  6. The roots you sent looked nothing like the picture: just sticks with no green growth. And no planting instructions/recommendations enclosed?!? Dang! You made it seem like yours was a site for gardeners. Won’t be ordering again.

  7. Photo does not show full cutting you’ll receive. What I received was tiny. Probably fine, but expectations were for a much larger cutting.
