Hi there!
We are are Succulents Oasis, and we have been selling Succulents for over 10 years! So excited to serve you!
Welcome to my succulent shop. Use these versatile plants in so many ways. They are great in terrariums and require very little care. In fact they seem to thrive on no attention. They make terrific wedding or shower favors and are also beautiful for holiday or everyday living centerpieces. Aeoniums, Echeveria, Jade, Crassula, Sempervivum, Aloe, Sedum, and Cacti, all versatile and each species has its own unique characteristics.
Please keep in mind that colors may vary, depending on the time of year. Pictures are taken of actual stock plants, and generally represent them at their best available coloring at the height of the season. Plants are more vibrant and colors and shapes do vary seasonally. Please keep in mind these are actual live, growing, rooted plants, so, like humans, not all grow exactly to the same size, color and shape. We do our very best to choose the closest representation of pictures.
There are no refunds done once ordered plants have been pulled from the greenhouses. If you have any issues once your order is received please contact me directly as soon as possible so that the problem can be rectified.
PLEASE CONSIDER ORDERING A HEAT PACK IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM AN AREA 35 DEGREES OR BELOW!! PLANTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED IF NO HEAT PACK IS ORDERED IN COLD WEATHER!!
PLEASE READ MY POLICIES CAREFULLY! I NEED TO BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER, OF ANY ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE. AFTER THAT TIME PERIOD I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING HOW THE PLANTS HAVE BEEN CARED FOR, AND DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS!!
Our shipping schedule will be one day a week. This will include all orders placed by the previous Friday, as we do our plant pick up from our growers on Saturdays. We will be processing and packing orders on Mondays for shipping on Tuesdays. We ship USPS Priority Mail, which has an estimated 2-3 day travel time. After doing this for many years, we find this is the safest schedule for shipping the live plants.
Please verify that your ship to address is correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges that may be necessary due to a wrong address.
