Aloe brevifolia (Short-Leaved Aloe) has eccentric, gorgeous foliage with triangular fleshy leaves. They’re also called blue aloe and crocodile plants. Aloe brevifolia is native to the Western Cape in South Africa and is believed to be endangered in its natural habitat.
So if you happen to have one of these, consider yourself lucky. Short-leaf aloe appreciates full sun to partial shades and a well-drained cactus mix to thrive. Water only when the soil is completely dry, and make sure there is an excellent draining hole in the pot to prevent root rot.
If placed indoors, make sure to put them near a sunny window to thrive. You can propagate them via offsets and seeds.
