You are purchasing a Monstera Albo rooted cutting. Your new plant will be similar to the plants shown in the pictures. The variegation varies from plant to plant. But there is always variegation. I always send a picture while packing:)

Monstera Borsigiana Albo Variegata has a gorgeous plant with off-white and green variegation that is eye-catching. It is a split-leaf philodendron, also known as the Swiss cheese plant. It is native to the tropical rainforest of Panama and southern Mexico, where they thrive in bright and indirect light and well-drained, slightly acid soil.
It is a lovely addition to your collection of plants, especially if you have it displayed in a beautiful pot with a moss pole. Growing them in a warm and humid environment is their happy place. Allow the soil to dry before watering them, use distilled or rainwater, and make sure there is an excellent draining hole in the pot to prevent root rot.
Fertilizing them once a month during their growing season using a liquid houseplant fertilizer in spring and summer will help them grow faster and healthier. Monstera Borsigiana is toxic to humans and pets, so make sure not to mingle with them. You can propagate them via stem cuttings.
You can grow them in USDA Hardiness Zones 10b-12.
