NOTE: We will try our best to make your set look exactly like the photo but we may have to substitute one or two plants due to seasonality but they will all be premium carnivorous plants.

Plants will be shipped with a pot and soil
You will receive a plant similar to the ones in the photos.
The plant will be carefully wrapped and nested in crinkle paper so that any shock to the packaging can be absorbed and remain safe. Our paper packaging allows the plants to breathe during their travel!
Care instructions will be provided with plant.
Please be aware that once an order is in the hands of the mail carrier, it is out of our control if anything happens during shipment. If you are unsatisfied with how your order arrived, message us! We’ll be happy to help you get this fixed right away!
Please also note that plants may sometimes look a bit withered after being shipped. A little bit of sun and water will pucker these beauties right back up again!
PRO CARE TIPS
Make sure to soak plant with water when soil is completely dry. Check if the soil is dry before each watering.
Best tip is to stick your thumb in the soil and check for moisture.
Direct sunlight for prolonged periods can cause sunburn (not good).
Keep plants out of frost!

Shipping Policy
We ship orders immediately. After we ship, it is out of our hands what happens but we always work with our clients during unforeseen events.
Refund Policy
We guarantee a healthy plant on arrival. Contact us if that is not the case and we will fix this. After a week or two, we will no longer be able to refund plants as they are living things.

Cute plant, but they sent a 2″ instead of a 4″ Hypoestes. I have notified Plantly via email.
So sorry to hear you received a wrong size plant. We’ve reached out with the vendor about this to take appropriate action.
One of the two little babies in the Nanouk pot was D.O.A., and the other has brown spots that look like it might have been overwatered or stressed from shipping. I’m attempting to nurse the lone surviving Nanouk baby back to health.
