Loofah Starter Plant Botanical Name -Luffa cylindrica Very healthy Loofah Plants in 4” pots. You can grow these in pots or put them into the ground. You can plant loofah for eating benefits or eco friendly sponges and body scrubs. Luffas are known in Asian Cuisine as “Cee Gwa.” Harvest them for eating when they are 2-6″ long. They can be eaten like a cucumber, or chop and stir-fry with chicken, bamboo shoots, or cashews. Each vine could yield up to a dozen or more loofah sponges. Realistically I would say to expect six good sized loofahs per vine. Once you have harvested your loofahs, you can cut them in pieces, so they are more manageable and last longer too! -All plants are grown in our small home organic garden. -We use 100% all natural organic/heirloom seeds -100% all natural organic soil. By growing our seeds in 100% organic soil, with all natural fertilizers that avoid harmful chemicals the results are healthy rich nutrients and beneficial microorganisms that lead to healthier plants. We use 100% reverse osmosis water with natural added minerals, and do not spray any harmful pesticides and herbicides. Our goal is for families to start gardening at home with organic safer options. The use of these plants should never replace the advice or treatment of a licensed medical professional. Plant Shipping Policy

Effective Date: June 5, 2023

This Plant Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the shipment and delivery of plants by Life healing Naturally ("Seller") to customers located in the United States. By purchasing plants from Seller, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Order Processing and Shipping Timeframe:

1.1 Orders will be processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
1.2 Shipping timeframes may vary depending on the availability of the plants and other factors. Estimated shipping timeframes will be provided at the time of purchase.
1.3 Seller reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel an order if there are concerns about the condition or viability of the plants.

2. Shipping Methods and Fees:

2.1 Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship plants using reputable shipping carriers.
2.2 The cost of shipping will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the plants. Shipping fees will be displayed at the time of purchase.
2.3 Any additional shipping fees, such as expedited shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

3. Shipping Restrictions:

3.1 Seller currently ships plants only to addresses within the state of Florida. Shipping to other states or international destinations is not available at this time.
3.2 Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the shipping address is outside of the state of Florida or if there are legal restrictions or concerns regarding the shipment of plants to a particular location.

4. Packaging and Delivery:

4.1 Seller will take reasonable measures to ensure that plants are packaged securely and protected during transit.
4.2 Seller will label packages as “FR”AGILE and THIS SIDE UP” for proper handling by shipping carriers.
4.3 Seller is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier or factors beyond Seller's control once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
4.4 It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Seller will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds:

5.1 Due to the perishable nature of plants, all sales are final. Seller does not accept returns or offer refunds unless the plants are received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition.
5.2 If plants arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, the customer must contact Seller within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
5.3 Seller may request that the plants be returned or require additional information to process a refund or replacement.
5.4 Refunds or replacements will be provided at Seller's discretion, taking into account the circumstances of the issue and the availability of replacement plants.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

6.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
6.2 Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the state of Florida.
6.3 By purchasing plants from Seller, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action or proceeding.
