72 Hour Heat Pack for Shipping Plants Only from our SHOP. If you live in a place where your temperature is below 40 F, you’ll want to add a heat pack to your order to protect your plants from freezing. These are 72-hour time-released heat packs that we will add to the package your plants are in to assure the warmest, safest transit possible. This is a great product to add to your order if you live in a climate that is 40 F and below during the day.
Please note we are not responsible for your plants arriving frozen. These are live plants, so I do not recommend purchasing during the winter months if you live in a colder climate. Free shipping with plant purchase. Please let us know if you have any questions about the shipping plants.
72 Hour heat pack to ensure safe delivery of plants in cold weather, by UniHeat. Recommended for all cold weather shipping from November through March. No claims for freeze damage will be honored if a heat pack is not purchased with the order. Orders will not ship when temperatures are forecast below freezing if a heat pack is not purchased.
We highly recommend purchasing a heat pack if temperatures in your area are expected to drop below 40F. We also advise making arrangements to be home to receive the plants if the weather is freezing or you can have the package held at your local Post Office until you can pick it up. Packages containing plants left in mailboxes or on porches during freezing weather can still be adversely affected even with a heat pack included.
We can not guarantee that your plant will arrive healthy in colder months unless a heat pack is added.
Environmentally safe, disposable, and inner contents are biodegradable.
This item is not for sale singularly. PLEASE NOTE: This item MUST be purchased in conjunction with a plant order.

We do our best to ship your items as inexpensively as possible. When items are under 16 ounces, we ship First Class Mail USPS. If it's over that, it goes USPS Priority.
Please double check whether your shipping address on Plantly is correct before making your purchase. We ship packages to the exact addresses that are provided on your Etsy accounts. Please understand that if addresses are incorrect, we will not be responsible for any lost packages. If packages get returned to us due to incorrect / inaccurate addresses, customers will be responsible for repaying the postage. Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part. Thanks for understanding!
For live plants orders we ship on Monday - Tuesday only to prevent the live cultures/plants from sitting over the weekend before delivery.
Approximate Spring Shipping Dates for Live Plants:
Currently, we ship Monday - Tuesday to ensure your plants aren't stalled in some warehouse over the weekend. We also watch the weather very closely to ensure the survivability of your plants. If the overnight temperatures between you and our greenhouse in Florida are too cold, we will delay shipping another week, or until it's warm enough.
Plants shipping:
Because your plant has been in a box without sunlight for a few days in shipping, it might decide to yellow and drop few leaves when it first arrives. This is normal. (If it loses all leaves, this is not normal and you should contact us.)
Refund Policy
We will try our best to meet your satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us and we will solve the problem promptly. We will make sure all our customers are happy.
Refund Policy:
If your items arrive damaged due to rough transit, please contact us within 24 hours (WITH A PHOTO) after the package gets delivered in order to make a claim. We won't be responsible for the damages after the 24 hour period, sorry. Please send the picture of your damaged package.
