Weight 1 lbs Heat packs and insulation are recommended for any plant that will be shipped when the temperature will be/is below 50 degrees.
This cost includes the heat pack, insulation within the box, and whatever else might be needed to ensure the safety of your new plant’s arrival. If the weather is too questionable or extreme, choosing the Express Priority option during checkout for shipping is recommended.
I can also hold your plant for 7 days to see if the weather improves. After that time I will issue a refund.

Please allow us a 1-5 days to prepare your order. Some plants require a time of drying for a safe shipment. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any specific questions. Most orders are shipped Tuesday - Thursdays.
We offer Free First Class Shipping. Priority and 1-2 air are available for purchase.
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns - but if you believe that your plant arrived in poor condition, please reach out to us with a picture within 2 hours of receiving your plant so that we may asses the situation. If damage of the plant is due to our shipping negligence - we will replace the item for free upon receipt of old plant.

I bought it on 04/16 wasn’t shipped until 04/25, I contacted him to know why it was taking so long and only got a generic message that he only ships on certain days, that doesn’t justify taking almost 10 days to ship, he should make that note about handling on the item before purchasing, I finally got the node and it looked already dehydrated, the root was drying out, I wonder if it was cutted and just let it sit for days without any moisture until he shipped it, I still got it ready to grow but as expected it didn’t make it, there goes my $48 to garbage.
