    Very helpful seller

    Due to unfortunate mail circumstances, it took a while for the plant to arrive. However because the seller had wrapped it so carefully and well insulated, it came just fine!! The seller was responsive and helpful with advice on how to make my beautiful plant happy now that it’s made it home. I am glad to have ordered from this shop and will be happy to order again once the mail is a little less unpredictable! Thank you so much!!

    Great seller. Will definitely purchase from here again. The plant is beautiful and healthy. The plant arrived early and very securely packaged with paper, bubble wrap, thick foam sheets, root ball protected and “this side up” sticker. Perfectly perfect.

    Customer service is outstanding! Plant came frozen and damaged. Due to no fault of the seller. Offered a refund! Which they didn't have to since it wasn't their fault. Great communication. Plant looked healthy and of good size. Will definitely order again when the weather is nicer. Was packed very well and with care. No heat pack as that's the policy. Loved my experience with the seller!

    Very healthy plant

    Even though there has been slight delays with shipping, due to no fault of seller. My plant arrived very healthy with no leaf damage! I love the colors on the leaves. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this seller.

    Once again, packing was incredible and shipping time was super quick. She arrived in high 30 degree weather completely unharmed. She was pushing out a new leaf that has since opened. She’s absolutely beautiful!
