The Medium Echeveria ‘Fireglow’ Hybrid is unique, as it may flower many times throughout its lifetime. Echeverias are popular host plants for butterflies and bees. These hybrids tend to be less tolerant of frost, all day shade and severe sun exposure. In temperate climates, most Echeverias will lose their lower leaves in winter and become ‘leggy’ and less attractive. This can be prevented by providing up to half a day sunshine or by using grow lights. They can be easily propagated by separating offsets called pups. Echeverias are popular with succulent collectors for their compact, symmetrical, leaf rosettes and for the prominent stalks of flower clusters, which usually rise high above the Echeveria plant.
The ‘Fireglow’ Hybrid is a new and distinct Echeveria cultivar. It is a multi colored rosette with a warm, coppery tone. It has undulate, cupped foliage and a distinctive metallic appearance. Excellent accent plant due to its warm earth tones. Echeveria is a popular genus, typically produced as container plants for the patio or as landscape plants, It has a variety of ornamental purposes.
Echeveria ‘Fireglow’ Hybrid is a rosette succulent that thrives in direct sunlight. Fireglow forms an amazing rosette. It reaches up to 12″ in diameter with deep bronze or brown leaves with wavy edges. A medium Fireglow can reach a height of 8″ with flower stalks appearing throughout the year.
Succulent plants are among the hardiest, most drought-tolerant in the world and very easy to maintain, as long as they are planted in a porous cactus/succulent soil, given proper drainage, daily bright light, and not over watered.

It’s a nice cactus. The only reason I give 2 stars is because of the description of it being rare and monstrose. It is exactly as pictured but the description certainly had me wondering. A totem pole cactus is not a San Pedro cactus and it did not look like a monstrose cactus. To clear things up for people, it is a typical pc variety cactus. Well packaged and nice specimen but run of the mill variety. Nothing rare to add to a collection
