I ❤️ my white pines and I planted them right way.
It was a very fast delivery, and I would definitely recommend buying them for someone else 🙂👍
Great plant and customer service
Eastern White Pine saplings arrived today. Very healthy, bare roots and packaged safely. Much better quality than many online nurseries. We have them soaking in cold water and a couple aspirin before planting in outdoor pots tomorrow. After a couple years in the pots we’ll transfer them into the ground. We are at the bottom of planting zone 8 and in limestone laden Texas hill country soil. We are going to try these in well amended acidic soil and fingers cross they will grow into wonderful additions to the arbor diversification we are trying to create in our phase 2 forest regrowth.
Arrived in great shape, packed well. Met my expectations.
Trees are healthy and roots were moist upon arrival. These trees matched the description given and exceeded my expectations.
May I suggest cardboard boxes with ventilation ? Horsetail plants are very hardy and beautiful plants… but, I have to be honest- these plants took a tremendous amount of abuse! They were shipped in a slightly padded envelope… where they were at the mercy of USPS for over a week. When delivered, instead of USPS walking over to my porch and ringing the bell, USPS left them inside of my black metal mailbox during 90 + degree weather in August… where they baked in the metal box for SIX HOURS before I happened to log into my e-mail account and receive a delivery message ! Some of the stems were yellow and I had to throw them into the trash. The plants that made it through the torment… are actually very decent in appearance, especially in light of what they endured before I took them out of the packaging.
They look so beautiful and healthy and fresh ! They were obviously prepared for shipping with the utmost TLC. 🙂
