Beautiful, healthy plants! Planting them today.
I had to reach out to get the order moving after payment had been processed day 1. Packaged well… upon arrival they were planted. They’re turning brown and drying out. I reached out for some advice, haven’t heard anything in return. I spent almost $200 only to watch these plants potentially die within weeks.
I would be happier if some guidance was provided to help revive them.
We apologize for falling short of your expectations, and we’re grateful for your feedback. We’ve already notified the vendor to reach out to you regarding this issue so they can help out with post-purchase support.

None of the root clusters is growing. I believe the seller sent bad/rotten roots. Very disappointed. I won’t shop at this website again.
The plants that were delivered looked nothing like the one advertised. Much much smaller, covered in mold. To be honest those looked nothing like a bamboo. Complete waste of money. I’m super disappointed. Will not use or recommend this platform.
The roots you sent looked nothing like the picture: just sticks with no green growth. And no planting instructions/recommendations enclosed?!? Dang! You made it seem like yours was a site for gardeners. Won’t be ordering again.
Photo does not show full cutting you’ll receive. What I received was tiny. Probably fine, but expectations were for a much larger cutting.
Looking forward to seeing growth

I ❤️ my white pines and I planted them right way.
It was a very fast delivery, and I would definitely recommend buying them for someone else 🙂👍
