We do not accept returns - but if you believe that your plant arrived in poor condition, please reach out to us with a picture within 2 hours of receiving your plant so that we may asses the situation. If damage of the plant is due to our shipping negligence - we will replace the item for free upon receipt of old plant.

The plant spent a few extra days in the mail, but it arrived in perfect condition! Itu2019s an amazing looking plant for such an affordable price. The seller is very quick to respond to any questions, and their packaging is superb since it didnu2019t show any sign of shipping stress.
The only problem with my order was that I ordered 3 plants and only got 1. I emailed them immediately and they replied back immediately and said they would ship the other 2 plants the following Monday. That is excellent customer service. Thank you.
Their plant came securely packaged and in overall great condition I did have some browning on a couple leaves but is to be expected traveling many many miles! However the plant will be wonderful I would definitely recommend this seller and will also be back to purchase more! Very happy with my TC and the price was unbeatable!
