Refund Policy
We do not accept returns - but if you believe that your plant arrived in poor condition, please reach out to us with a picture within 2 hours of receiving your plant so that we may asses the situation. If damage of the plant is due to our shipping negligence - we will replace the item for free upon receipt of old plant.

Somehow, I have no idea how because the beauty was shipped perfectly, my leaf broke off my cutting. There was great rooting and new growth and great support from Dustin! My pretty new addition is slowing growing but is healthy and has lots of varigation to the new growth. Pictures when she’s pretty!!!

Update: it rotted :(nnEnjoyed the process of purchasing through this seller, it was easy, quick, and the seller communicated very well regarding any questions or concerns I had. He replied in a great timely manner. nnThe item itself was in decent condition. Leaves were very droopy (probably bc of packaging) While packaging was beyond excellent to avoid freezing, the leaves were rolled up which caused some wilting. The variegation was perfect, 10/10 nice even greens and whites on the stem/node (the leaves were very cream color though) nIt came with some minor root rot but thatu2019s not the sellers fault. You never know how plants will react being shipped through mail.
